Once the immune system weakens, a person infected with HIV can develop the following symptoms:

1. Lack of energy
2. Weight loss
3. Frequent fevers and sweats
4. Persistent or frequent yeast infections
5. Persistent skin rashes or flaky skin
6. Join or muscle pain
7. Mouth, genital, or anal sores from herpes infections.
